The most important meal of the day is breakfast

My poached egg is more reliable now. Just swirl the water on the outer edge at a steady, but not too vigorous pace. Then carefully pour the egg from a sloped bowl into the water as close to the water as possible so as to be as gentle as possible (in fact dip the bowl a bit). Poach for 3 mins or slightly longer for cold eggs.
